A Guide To A Local Valentine’s Day

You either feel one of two ways about Valentine’s Day and I’m not here to change your mind about that. But whether you have a sweetie, you’re your own date or if you’re hanging out with your friends, here’s a little list of places you can visit and activities you can do!
Disclaimer – yes we live in the Okanagan and going to a winery for Valentine’s Day is an option but we wanted to get a little bit more creative ALRIGHT 🙂

Food –

Frankie We Salute You!:
They’ve put together a delicious-looking little menu for their ‘Fill Your Hearts” dinner Fill Your Hearts Dinner

Naked Cafe:
A 3-course vegetarian feast that would make even the carnivores happy Naked Cafe Valentine’s Dinner

FSH – The Flask Social House:
This menu is filled with classics and all homemade. You also have the option for a wine pairing from Ex Nihilio Vineyards. This adorable venue has limited seating so make sure to make a reservation. FSH Valentine’s Dinner

 

Adventure and Activities –

Valhalla Helicopters:
You might think, that sounds a little intense for Valentine’s Day, but there’s a romantic twist! There are a couple of options varying from a quick 20-minute tour to a full overnight trip to Halcyon Hot Springs and if you book before February 13th you can get 15% off! Love Is In The Air Heli-Tour

Stuart Park For Ice Skating:
Whether you’re Bambi on ice or Kristy Yamaguchi, this screams romantic activity. Things are a little different this year so you do have to go online and book a spot (and trust me, they go fast!). Stuart Park Ice Skating

Kelowna Museum:
The Flirty February event at the museum is a great way to support local and expand your Canadian history knowledge (which for some is a love language you know!). They offer two dates, February 11th and 14th and entry is by donation. There is a line up of fun challenges and activities to spark some romance

Home Dates and DIY –

Born To Shake Cocktail Kit:
